IFEZ Bioanalysiscenter prioritizes protection of your personal informationand complies with the “Information Network Act of Korea”. Termination procedure – Your personal information is transferred to a separate DB (a filing cabinet in case of paper) and terminated after 180 days according to the policy (see “storage and availability”). If you write, call, or email the personal information manager, we will change or withdraw your personal information immediately.

If you request changes to your personal information, we will not use or provide your personal information until the changes are made. Should we provide the wrong personal information to a third party, we will inform the third party immediately and make sure they correct your personal information. For canceled or terminated personal information upon our customer’s request or their legal representative’s request, we process it according to “storage and availability of personal information by IFEZBioanalysiscenter” policy. The personal information will not be displayed or used for any other purpose.

■ Announcement duty due to policy revision This personal information protection policy was legislated on February 2nd, 2013. According to the legislation and changes to security technology, in case contents are added, deleted, or changed, we will make announcement at our homepage at least 10 days before enforcing the new personal information protection policy.
